Returns
For our custom orders, we cannot accept returns, nor are we able to offer refunds, as all commissions are signed off by the commissioner before posting.
Refunds
For prints and cards, we do accept returns, and a refund will be issued, on the condition that the item is received by us in its original condition. If a product has had its Art Hyde Out seal damaged, we are unable to accept it as a return and therefore cannot offer a refund.
Exchanges
Alternatively, if a customer would like to exchange a product, we would be happy to do so, provided the item is in its original condition. Once we receive the item, we will issue store credit equal to the price paid by the customer to use on our website. Any store credit is only redeemable through our website, and cannot be redeemed via orders placed over social media.
